The Annual General Membership Meeting is held during the month of August of each year. A notice with the time, place and date will be made at least fifteen (15) days in advance. The notice will be made by email, by U.S. Postal Mail or by telephone. Notice of the General Membership Meeting will also be posted on the Hayden Lake Watershed Association website.
